Yes, we have.
OBDII Group offer a 12-month warranty for all products we sell. We have a QA team checking and inspecting all orders before delivery, to ensure that the products are in perfect condition and all matched accessories are included.
We warrant that every piece of product sold by us, other than explicitly stated, is 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
Products with quality problem can be returned to us for money refund within 10 days after you receive it. We'll refund the money to you in 5 working days after receiving your returned products.
Products with quality problem can be replaced for a new one of the same model within 30 days after you receive it. If the products have been disassembled or damaged due to improper operation, we won't accept that for replacement.
Within 12 months you buy, if there's any problem with the product, we shall offer free repair services. Replacement of easily damaged parts will be charged at cost prices, from the 3rd month you receive the ordered items.
Warranty for Dropshipper.
Q: I am a dropshipper. Do you also have a warranty?
A: Yes. All the products are covered by a 12-month warranty as long as they are sold from us.
Q: What shall I do if my customer has a problem with your product?
A: There're some different solutions. If our online technical advice fails to work out the problem, you may:
1) instruct your customer to deliver the defective goods to us. After checking and repairing, we will return it back to your customer. No contact information of us will be shown.
2) collect the defect product from your customer, and then you send to us. After finishing repair, we'll return it back to you or directly send to your customer.
